You can choose to receive your records as digital files or paper copies

You can get your records:

  • as printed documents couriered to an address you provide
  • by picking them up from a Ministry of Education office (they will need to see your photo ID)
  • emailed to you as password protected PDF documents (you will receive a password).

If you are in prison, you can only receive your records by post as printed copies.

When you receive a copy of your records, they may be jumbled up and out of order. You might find it useful to organise the records in a way that works for you.
