How will the Methodist church provide records to me?

You can tell them how you would like to receive the records

When you request records from the Methodist Church of New Zealand, you can say how you want to receive the records.

You can ask to receive the information as:   

• PDF documents, sent to you by email or 
• printed documents, sent to you by courier.  

You will also receive a cover letter explaining any redactions. (A redaction is when information is removed or hidden – for example, by blacking it out.)
