If you make a sensitive claim you can get your records at the same time

A sensitive claim is a claim of historic abuse while you were in a state or state-integrated (government funded) school.  

If you are eligible to make a sensitive claim with the Ministry of Education, the Sensitive Claims team can get you a copy of any records about you as well.
